An ISO quality audit is comprehensive, encompassing the entire process from customer order to delivery, research, development, validation and supplier assessments. We also process statistical measurements, compile and analyse these to enhance our quality goals.
Worth emphasising is that 98% of our customers are very satisfied with the function and quality of our products.
Rini has been ISO9001 approved since 2014 and ISO 13485 since 2020 and to meet increased demand for our products in the United States, we have also in 2020 FDA registered our products RiEye operating tables and our Carl surgeon chairs.
